Delivery Questions: To check on a delivery previously placed call or email us with the order # from your confirmation. Delivery may be slower at floral holidays such as Christmas, Valentines Day and Mother's Day.
Guarantee: We will do our best to see that you are satisfied with your purchases at our store. To that extent we promise to cheerfully replace or refund your purchase price if you notify us within a reasonable period of time. Proof of purchase may be necessary. No cash refunds without receipt.

Many florists refuse to send deliveries anonymously. But in an effort to satisfy our customer's wishes we have continued to allow this practice. Over ninety percent of the time the recipient calls us to find out who sent them. Due to issues with stalkers and over zealous suitors people take this anonymous gesture very seriously. In the spirit of expressing emotions with flowers, we do our best to make this a positive situation instead of some thing that could weigh on the recipient's mind or even torment them.
